Meditation, Inspiration, Journaling, & Growth
Hi, for those of you whom I have not had the pleasure of meeting. I’m deacon Ken Gay, best known as Deacon Ken. I’m excited to share with you our Mediation Journals, Prayer Guides, and tools for personal growth in your faith journey. Please take a few minutes to review the topics and our latest publications. Many of them are digital and can be downloaded instantly.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback and suggested subjects that I can develop and help someone else with the same question or concern. Join our community, and together we can help one another as we strive to do the will of our Heavenly Father.

Walking With Jesus
A Meditative Journal For Holy Week
Holy Week is the most sacred time in the Christian calendar, a journey that invites us to walk alongside Jesus as He prepares to make the ultimate sacrifice. This journal is designed to help you reflect on His mindset and emotional state during these final days leading up to His Passion, Death, and glorious Resurrection.
Take each day slowly. Begin with prayer, read the scripture passages thoughtfully, and allow yourself time to reflect and write. May this Holy Week be a transformative experience for your heart and soul.
A Sample Day
Teaching In the Temple
Tuesday April 15th
Relating to Life: Jesus’ teachings challenge us to confront hypocrisy and seek spiritual fruitfulness. By living authentically and producing good fruit in our actions and words, we reflect God’s love and light to the world.
Daily Challenge: Spend time today identifying one area in your life where you can bear more spiritual fruit—whether through kindness, forgiveness, or service—and take a small action to nurture that growth.
Helping To Build A Stronger Disciple
May this Holy Week journal deepen your relationship with Christ and renew your spirit as you celebrate His victory over sin and death.
“Easter is the feast of new creation. Christ’s Resurrection is not a return to the previous life, but the arrival of a new life.” ~Pope Benedict XVI
